As the title says, today I played tennis and ran. Not only did I do those things, I did them back to back without a break. We played an hour and a half of tennis and then ran for almost 2 miles. I think I really need to be that active on a nearly daily basis so I can get back into a decent shape. I mean, I'm in a shape right now, but not the one I want to be in. I want to be in a more defined shape.
Speaking of shape, I'm hungry.
